Ticket Types

Several ticket types are available at Lightroom. Details on each ticket type can be found below:

* Everyone attending Lightroom will require a ticket. This includes Access Companions, children and babies. Please make sure you add the tickets, including any Free tickets, to your basket before confirming your booking.

** Please be prepared to show appropriate proof of student status on arrival.

***A valid art pass must be presented on entry.

Offers

A 15% discount is available for families at selected times. For more information please visit our Families page here.

Recipients of Universal Credit can purchase tickets for £5 on Tuesdays and Thursdays after 1pm. To book, please email tickets@lightroom.uk quoting ‘Universal Credit Tickets’.

Booking both shows together
If you book tickets for The Moonwalkers: A Journey with Tom Hanks and David Hockney: Bigger & Closer (not smaller & further away) together to see on different days, you will receive a 20% discount. This discount will apply automatically when you add both shows to your basket.

Every Wednesday, you can see both shows on the same day for a combined rate of £35.00 for adults, and £15.00 for children. Add both shows to your basket and this rate will apply automatically. 

Group Bookings

A group booking discount is available at selected times and dates.

£10 off for groups 10+
Applicable days: Mon – Thurs across all dates
Applicable time slots: Slots between 1pm – 8pm, subject to availability.

School Bookings

A fixed Schools price of £10 per ticket is available to school groups of 10+. With every 10th ticket purchased, the 11th ticket is free. The school groups offer is available Monday – Friday before 4pm.

Booking & Receiving your Tickets

To book tickets, you can visit our Booking page. Please ensure the selected date and time slot is correct before you continue with your booking.

You can also book over the phone by calling 0300 303 4216. Calls will be charged at your standard rate. A £2.50 fee per transaction applies for all phone bookings.

A confirmation email will be sent shortly after completing your booking, followed by a separate email containing your e-tickets. Your tickets will come direct from our ticketing provider – please check your spam and junk folders.

If you have not received your e-tickets by the day before you are due to arrive, please contact tickets@lightroom.uk.

Hours and Times

The venue will open 15 minutes prior to the first time slot that day. The first time slot of the day is 10am. Tickets are allocated for show times on the hour, every hour.

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the time on your ticket to ensure you are seated and are able to see the entirety of the show. You are welcome to arrive earlier to visit our cafe/bar.

Pricing

Tickets at Lightroom are dynamically priced depending on demand per individual entry slot. This allows us to price fairly across all times throughout the day, and helps us to manage venue capacity.

Under 3s go free before 4pm. If you would like to purchase a ticket for a child under 3 during evening hours, please purchase a child ticket.

£5 tickets are available to recipients of Universal Credit. These tickets are not dynamically priced.

Children + Families

We offer a 15% discount for families booking together at selected slots. For more information, please visit our Families page here.

Exchanges

If you need to change the date or time of your booking, let us know no later than 2 hours prior to your booked slot and we will gladly exchange your booking to a time in the future.

Please contact tickets@lightroom.uk to exchange your ticket. We are unable to exchange tickets after the booked time slot has passed.
