Lightroom is open to everyone, and we welcome children of all ages. We offer a family ticket discount alongside a range of concessions. Younger children need to be supervised in the space and we ask that parents are considerate of the experience for all our guests
Show-Specific Information for Families
Tickets for Families
We offer a 15% discount for families of 3+, booking together in selected slots. These slots are indicated on the performance picker on the booking page. The Family Discount is flexible on the number of Adult and Child tickets. Please add a minimum of one adult ticket and two child tickets, and a maximum of two adult tickets and four child tickets. This discount is applicable to all slots up to and including 4pm, as marked on the performance picker.
Tickets for Children
We offer child tickets for children aged 3-11 and 12-18 from £15. Tickets for children aged 3-11 are available for all slots until 4pm. Tickets for children under 3 are free until 4pm. Please add a free ticket to your basket for every child. We cannot allow entry for any child without a ticket. After 4pm, free under 3s and 3-11 child tickets are not available. We encourage families with young children to attend earlier in the day to allow a smooth experience for all of our guests.

General Information for Families
Facilities
We have full baby changing facilities at Lightroom, alongside accessible and gender neutral toilets with individual cubicles. Baby changing facilities are also available in the accessible toilets. Our café bar has a range of child friendly drinks and snacks that you are welcome to enjoy while watching the show.
Prams and Buggies
There is limited storage space at Lightroom for prams and buggies, and they cannot be taken into the show space. We do have a designated area to store a limited number of prams and buggies, but during busy periods we cannot guarantee storage space. We may request that your pram or buggy is folded.

Blue Peter
We offer free entry into our shows for Blue Peter badge holders.
To gain free entry, badge holders with a valid badge card must be accompanied by a full paying or concessionary adult. If a paying adult is accompanied by two children with badges and valid badge cards, free entry will be given for both children.If a disabled badge holder is accompanied by a registered carer, both can gain free entry. Carers must bring supporting documents.
Please remember to bring your Blue Peter badge(s) as you will be asked to present them at the ticket desk.
