Access

There is level access to the venue with lifts to all levels.

We will have audio equipment available to collect when entering the venue

They will be wireless receiver devices which receives a special audio feed of the show they can be used with regular over ear headphones provided by Lightroom, portable induction loop adapter for visitors hearing aid use provided by Lightroom or visitors own wired headphones

It should be noted that the experience is not like a cinema or theatre experience, so visitors may wish to try the experience  before they use such an assistance device.

We advise emailing ahead, access@lightroom.uk to reserve a headset as there are only a limit amount at the venue.

There are three accessible toilets on all levels of the venue. There are baby change facilities in toilets located down a level from the main foyer.  There is a lift available to these toilets.

Our toilets are gender neutral, all cubicles.

Guide dogs are welcome in the venue.

Yes, captioning is available for all performances.
